Description of Service
TaskForge is an AI-powered SaaS task generator that helps you transform your ideas into actionable tasks, milestones, and GitHub-ready project boards. We provide tools for project management, task organization, and integration with GitHub.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

Subscriptions and Payments
Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually).
- Billing cycles are set based on your subscription plan
- A valid payment method is required to process payments
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TaskForge and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TaskForge operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
